Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kor (korhq.ai), operated by Kor AI LLC ("Kor", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including workspace owners, team members, and anyone who accesses the platform.

2. Description of Service

Kor is an influencer marketing platform designed for marketing agencies. The service enables users to manage creators, track brand relationships, automate email outreach campaigns, manage deals and contracts, and leverage AI-powered intelligence for influencer marketing workflows. The service includes features such as email integration for sending and tracking outreach, campaign sequence management, creator enrichment via the YouTube Data API, AI-powered email analysis and summarization, and analytics.

3. Third-Party Services and Terms

Kor integrates with third-party services to provide its features. By using Kor, you also agree to the following:

• YouTube — Kor uses the YouTube Data API to enrich creator profiles with public channel statistics. By using Kor, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google — Kor uses Google OAuth for optional account signup ("Sign in with Google") and for email account authentication (when selected by user). Your use of Kor's YouTube-related features is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic — Kor uses Anthropic's AI (Claude) for features including email summarization, contact classification, creator profiling, and the Raya AI assistant. Your workspace data and email content may be processed by Anthropic's API to provide these features. Anthropic does not use API data for model training.
• Stripe — Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

You may revoke Kor's access to any connected third-party service at any time through your account settings or the respective service's account settings.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use Kor, you must create an account with a valid email address or by signing in with Google OAuth ("Sign in with Google"). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that any team members you invite to your workspace comply with these Terms.
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

You must notify us immediately at support@korhq.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Email Integration

Kor allows you to connect your email account (Google or Microsoft) to send and track outreach communications. Email integration uses IMAP and SMTP protocols, authenticated through your email provider's OAuth flow or via encrypted app-specific access depending on the provider and your configuration. Kor accesses your email solely for the purposes of:

• Sending outreach emails to creators on your behalf.
• Detecting replies in email threads to manage outreach sequences.
• Scanning your inbox for existing creator and brand communications to import into your workspace.

Email content imported into your workspace may be processed by AI (Anthropic Claude) for thread summarization, contact classification, and relationship analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details on AI processing.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through Kor and for compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other applicable anti-spam or data protection legislation.

6. AI Features and Data Processing

Kor uses artificial intelligence to provide features including:

• Email analysis — imported email threads are summarized by AI to extract sentiment, deal signals, rates, and key topics.
• Contact classification — email contacts are classified as creators, brands, or agencies using a combination of CRM data, heuristic rules, and AI analysis.
• Creator profiling — AI generates content profiles, audience analysis, and sponsor detection based on public YouTube data.
• Raya AI assistant — an interactive AI assistant that can query your workspace data, suggest actions, and draft communications.

AI processing is performed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use data sent via their API for model training. You can review Anthropic's data practices at anthropic.com/privacy.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Kor to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or any other applicable anti-spam or data protection legislation.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect email addresses or personal information without proper consent.
• Send deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent communications.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or other accounts.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

8. Payment Terms

Kor offers subscription plans with varying feature limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing — subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Payment is processed through Stripe.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period.
• Refunds — we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@korhq.ai within 14 days of the charge.
• Price changes — we may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

9. Intellectual Property

Our IP — the Kor platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the property of Kor AI LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

Your data — you retain all rights to the data you upload or create within Kor. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the content of emails sent through the platform or for compliance with email regulations, which remains your responsibility.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kor at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@korhq.ai.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data before deletion by contacting support.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kor AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
