Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kor (korhq.ai), operated by Kor AI LLC ("Kor", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including subscribers, workspace owners, team members, and anyone who uses Kor through a connected AI assistant.

2. Description of Service

Kor is an influencer-marketing application for marketing agencies and brand teams. It includes:

• Workspace tools — a contacts CRM, outreach records and reply tracking, and proposal and campaign tools.
• Sponsorship lookups — which brands a creator has worked with, and which creators a brand has worked with. These findings are built from public YouTube data (see Section 8).
• AI connection — a read-only connection that lets you ask Kor questions from your own AI assistant (see Section 6).

The features available to you depend on your plan. Some features are available only when they have been enabled for your account.

3. Third-Party Services and Terms

Kor integrates with third-party services to provide its features. By using Kor, you also agree to the following:

• YouTube— Kor uses YouTube API Services to read public YouTube channel and video data. By using Kor, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google— Kor uses Google OAuth for optional account sign-up ("Sign in with Google") and to connect a Gmail mailbox (when you choose to). Your use of Kor's YouTube-related features is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic— Kor uses Anthropic's AI models (Claude) for some features inside Kor, described in Section 6. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API for model training.
• Stripe— Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• Your AI assistant — if you connect your own AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT), your use of that assistant is governed by your own agreement with its provider.

You may revoke Kor's access to any connected third-party service at any time through your account settings or the respective service's account settings.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use Kor, you must create an account with a valid email address or by signing in with Google OAuth ("Sign in with Google"). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, including any personal keys you create for the AI connection.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including requests made by AI assistants you connect.
• Ensuring that any team members you invite to your workspace comply with these Terms.
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

You must notify us immediately at support@korhq.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a personal key.

5. Email Integration

Kor lets you connect a Gmail mailbox through Google's authorization flow, so Kor can detect replies to your outreach. Kor accesses your mailbox solely to:

• Check mail that arrives after you connect for replies from people in your outreach records or contacts.
• Record the replies it finds against the matching contact.

Kor does not send email from your mailbox, and it does not scan mail that arrived before you connected. Mail from other senders is ignored and not stored. A matched reply may be processed by AI (Anthropic) to suggest a label. See Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the emails you send and for compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other applicable anti-spam or data protection legislation.

6. AI Features and the AI Connection

AI inside Kor.Kor uses Anthropic's AI models for some features:

• Reply labels— a reply matched to your outreach is read by AI to suggest a label, such as positive, negative, or out of office.
• Spreadsheet import — the column headers and sample rows of a file you import are read by AI to propose a column mapping. You approve the mapping before anything is imported.
• Audience screenshots — screenshots you upload are read by AI to extract audience figures. You approve them before they are saved.
• Agent suggestions — AI agents in your workspace can propose work, such as a shortlist of creators for a brand brief, or a draft reply where that feature is enabled. Nothing they propose takes effect until you approve it.

AI processing for these features is performed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use data sent via their API for model training. You can review Anthropic's data practices at anthropic.com/privacy.

The AI connection. When the AI connection is enabled for your account, you can connect your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to Kor. You connect it by signing in with your Kor account, or with a personal key in developer tools. The AI connection:

• Is read-only. It cannot change anything in Kor.
• Returns answers, not datasets. Each answer is limited to 50 records.
• Has rate limits for each subscriber and a monthly allowance set by your plan.
• Offers no bulk export.
• Includes a YouTube attribution line and links to the channel or video each answer describes.

Answers contain Kor's sponsorship findings and the channel and video names, links, and dates needed to identify them. They never include video descriptions. Answers sent to your AI assistant are processed by its provider under your own agreement with that provider. We may suspend the AI connection, or a personal key, if we see use that breaks these Terms.

7. Use of Kor Results

"Results" means the findings, figures, and other data you get from Kor, in the app or through the AI connection. Many results include data from YouTube. When you use results:

• You are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• You may not keep results obtained from Kor for more than 30 days. After 30 days, delete them, or look them up again in Kor so they are current.
• You may use results in your own influencer-marketing work. You may not sell, resell, redistribute, or sublicense them.
• You may not build a dataset or database from results.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or enumerate Kor, or try to get around its limits, through the app, the AI connection, or any other means.
• You must keep the YouTube attribution and links that come with results wherever you use them.

We may suspend access if we believe results are being used in breach of this section.

8. Accuracy of Findings

Sponsorship findings are detected automatically from public YouTube video descriptions, for example from an affiliate link, a discount code, or a disclosure such as "sponsored by" next to a linked brand website. They can be wrong or incomplete. A finding does not prove a paid partnership, and a missing finding does not prove there was none. Check important findings before you rely on them.

Figures labeled "Kor calculated" are derived by Kor and are not YouTube metrics. These metrics are not related to YouTube and have been derived by the API client. YouTube data can also change after Kor reads it.

Kor relies on YouTube API Services. If YouTube changes or ends Kor's access, features that use YouTube data may change or stop working.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Kor to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or any other applicable anti-spam or data protection legislation.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect email addresses or personal information without proper consent.
• Send deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent communications.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or other accounts.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

10. Payment Terms

Kor is offered as paid subscription plans. The price, billing period, features, and monthly allowances of each plan are shown before you subscribe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing— subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the billing period of your plan (monthly unless your plan states otherwise). Payment is processed through Stripe.
• Auto-renewal— subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation— you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period.
• Refunds— we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@korhq.ai within 14 days of the charge.
• Allowances— when you reach a monthly allowance, the features that use it pause until the allowance resets or you change plans.
• Price changes— we may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

11. Intellectual Property

Our IP— the Kor platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the property of Kor AI LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

Results— we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use results for your own work, on the conditions in Section 7. Data from YouTube remains subject to YouTube's terms.

Your data— you retain all rights to the data you upload or create within Kor. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that sponsorship findings or Kor-calculated figures are accurate or complete (see Section 8).
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the content of emails you send or for your compliance with email regulations, which remains your responsibility.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Kor at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@korhq.ai.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your AI connections and personal keys stop working. Section 7 continues to apply to results you obtained before termination.

If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your stored data within 7 calendar days of your request. Otherwise, we retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data before deletion by contacting support.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kor AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
